"This office has been going down hill for years now but the mandatory 30 min wait in their bland office is ridiculous!! They make you come 30 mins early just to have you sit there until 30 mins after your appointment time, even if you dont have paperwork to fill out. The receptionist is rude about it as well, as if she enjoys telling people who show up on time or even before their appointment time that they can't be seen. Go literally anywhere else, if your gonna getting cooking cutter medical service you might as well find a place with better manners and rules that make sense."

"Lousy doctor. Doesn't care about people's conditions. Ignores you when you tell him what your problems are. He and his snotty assistant NP Grace are nearly useless. Refuses to help with follow-up referrals. You'd be better off treating yourself"

"Dr. Lilly is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He takes his time talking to his patients and makes sure all your questions are answered well. He is extremely thorough in his care, and to someone who struggles with mental health, he is very sensitive and considerate. If I ever have any questions about test results, even from other doctors visits that I am unsure of, I know I can rely on him to give a well thought out second opinion. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor."

"I was 19 minutes early for my appointment and Dr. Lilly refused to see me because of his policy that you have to be 30 minutes early for your appointment! It says right on the sign inside that if you are later than 20 minutes early, you will have to reschedule. The roads were really bad that day and I called ahead to say that I may be a little less than 20 minutes early and they called me back twice while I was already on my way, to tell me not to come. They had made up their minds that they weren’t even going to give me a chance to make it there 20 minutes early. On another occasion, I had an appointment at 8:30 am and I called the office at 7 to confirm, and got an answering machine that said the office doesn’t open until 8:30, so I assumed they didn’t expect me earlier than 8:30 if they weren’t even open. I got there at 8:30 and they told me I had to reschedule because I wasn’t 30 minutes early! This office is ridiculous and they don’t put patient well-being first. They are rigid and some of the staff is very rude. It’s a shame because I liked him as a doctor, but when you get turned away for being early or on time, it’s unacceptable."
