"2 years ago I paid over 450 dollars for my glasses, I know I have 100 dollars in insurance for frames. That's over 500 dollars plus whatever my insurance paid them. At checkout the staff would not give me a receipt. Her excuse was " There's some of our information on it"!!! I knew right there something wasn't right. The tint looks like it's peeling/wearing off my glasses. They've never been right from day one. I'm wearing glasses that are 4 or 6 years old cause I can see out of them. The staff is awful!!! As far as the prescription on my glasses, it was wrong and I feel either I was ripped off or the insurance company was due to they could NOT give me a receipt. I will never go back. I wasn't going to go back because the time before the staff never showed me frames that my insurance covers. They have a rack by itself that you don't look at cause the first thing you see are all the frames on the walls. They show frames that are the expensive ones which I don't care but tell me what my insurance covers first. Due to going there for eyeglasses and seeing how they operate in the last 4 years or so... I will never go back and I do not recommend. I have an appointment with a eye doctor that was highly recommended. Just watch what they charge you."
