Reviews
"Dr Arthur's saved my life. I came in with a cold and I wasn't sure it was important, but he encouraged me. I felt I was wasting his time. I had a new round black, mole on the top of my foot. He encouraged and referred me to see a dermatologist. It was early stage of melanoma. He has helped me many times. I have been cancer free 30 years. Thank you."
"Hes my husbands Doctor and I would highly recommend him. I like the he takes time and really listens to his patients."
"Dr. Arthurs is a kind and thoughtful doctor. He takes time to establish an excellent rapport with his patients. Aside from his calming personality, he has years of experience to guide sound clinical decision making. Yes sometimes there can be a wait (for me it's never been more than 30 minutes) but that's usually the case for any excellent doctor who takes time to listen to their patients. As a physician myself I appreciate that he isn't continuously distracted by the clock or computer screen (a rarity these days). He's the type of physician that other physicians want to see and entirely worth the wait (when there is one)."
"My husband walked out after waiting in a room for an hour and a half past his appointment time without being seen. No apology or explanation offered. We will be finding a new doctor."
"Everytime my 93 year old mother-in-law come in for an appointment the wait is at least 1 hour long in the waiting room and 30 to 60 minutes in the exam room. There never is an appology for the wait. Receptionist today simply says, "he's busy" The least staff can do is to keep patients informed by saying doctors running behind and offer an appology."
