"The results I got are so inaccurate it’s the worst place why would a Pennsylvania government agency use this place..? Must be the cheapest in America def something fishy going on!! They didn’t even get my urine until 7days after being collected yet there are tons of places in PA that have labs to test urine hair mouth all that hmmmm odd they don’t use an instate lab huh!!!??"

"False + test for my husband. said he had 300mg of opiates in his system! He doesn't do opiates! Shame on you people for messing with people lives! It's a wonder why my county in Colorado uses this facility. Bottom dollar lab testing is my concussion! It's all about the money. 300mg lol! How did he not die!"

"Too bad there isn't a minus 1 star! Redwood has turned my life upside down. You claim I'm pos for benzos, and the amount you're claiming would have been enough to kill a horse, and we are the ones penalized for your errors! The facility RTL tests for treats us like lying addicts. They don't want to hear you, it's their way or no way. I haven't had a dirty UA in the 5yrs I've been at the facility - and I wasn't dirty now! But I lose all my privledges and they take down my dose. That makes no sense."

"I'm in fl I been on methadone for awhile I moved to 2018 I never once had a dirty urine .. I have all my bottles and only go once a week I had a dirty urine last month which is crazy because I'm clean but it's like no one wants to hear what you have to say than my take homes got taken for a week so I had to go every day which is like a punishment... these people need to take this job seriously. People go back to jail or loses there's kids for a dirty urine...."
