"I’ve been working here for about 5 Months and I’ve been using daily pay and you guys just added a new pay roll and didn’t move thr hours from that old pay roll to the new one to daily pay and it’s affecting my bills financially it’s supposed to be used for emergency use daily pay and the fact that my hours aren’t being reported and I can’t have my money because it’s not just me going through I have employees I’m literally cussing the staff out at daily pay and they don’t even know wheats going on or if they do they not telling me . This is the only way I was probably going to get a response this is legal matter and I will if I have to bring the courts in this matter !!!! Please get back to mr ASAP"

"My Coen Club gas card says I should get .23 cents off a gallon, I only got .17. The lady who worked there laughed, she said their 50% employee discount does not work. She says she gets a lot of people complaining about their discount not working or being the proper amount. Wake up Coen Market... Dollar General just got hit by the State Attorney general for ripping customers off. I suggest if anyone else has this problem, contact the state attorney general first, then the BBB, and possibly even an attorney. You could always file a small claims court case also"

"The Coen Market in Somerset has went down hill fast! My family spent about $500 a week at this place for gas, tobacco products, lottery, food, etc. Lately, we have been told that they aren't making any more food, and I'm NOT talking about an hour before close. A family member recently asked for something, after sighing, the clerk slammed the product on the counter. Whatever happened to good customer service? Our money will spend just the same, somewhere that we are appreciated."

"I was just in the 84 store number 1200 and the woman working there stocking the shelves and the customer in there were not wearing masks. This happens every time I go there. I will not be going in there again. Every business is so worried about offending someone by making them wear a mask when they should be worried about losing customers who do wear them. There are a lot of us and there are a lot of businesses that we will boycott because of this. I will be passing the word along to everyone I know to not shop here."

"I was hired in August and today I was told that I wasn’t going to fit their company. I was told that there had been 3 complaints about me. Wasn’t ever informed of any such thing. Never was told that I was doing something wrong or anything else. When I called Human Resources department, the lady was rude, never identified herself. And basically said that they didn’t have to tell me anything. I was never late for work. I was working the steady 3 am till 11 am shift, 6 days a week. I cleaned, I stocked, I waited on customers as fast as I could for the first 2 hours because there was never anyone else scheduled to come in at that time. I was never trained for the position I was hired for. I was doing the closing cashier job because she was never made to do it. But I was fired for some alleged complaints that I was never notified of. I will never go to another one of their stores again not even if I was to run out of gas."
