"When I changed my service from Cricket to Metro a few months back, the 2 Gentlemen that were working were great, very helpful and professional. However when I went in about a problem that I was having with my service on Tuesday February 21, 2023 the person behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me I could go back to Cricket, He called me a D@#k and called me an old man and went on to insult my appearance. All because I told him that I know that I'm not using more Data than I have in the past. He refused to correct the problem with my service, so I had to call customer service from the store and the Woman at customer service helped me very professionally. As I was leaving the parking lot he pulled the blinds back and was laughing at me at the window. He was by far the most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with anywhere that I have ever been. I'm sorry to the Management that I had to leave such a harsh review rating. My initial visit a few months back when I came to your store for new service I would give the 2 Men working 5⭐. However my last visit is a 1⭐ and would be a zero star if I would have had that option."
