"If I could leave no stars I would. The person who answers the phone is extremely rude. I booked an appointment for 5:30 on a Tuesday night. When I was driving there, I was stuck in traffic on 19 just down the road from the salon. My gps said I was due to arrive at 5:34. I called the salon and let them know that I was just down the road and that I would be there at 5:34. The person on the phone was the same rude lady that scheduled my appointment a few days back. She rudely told me that I would need to reschedule because the stylist had another appointment at 5:45. I was only given 15 minutes for my appointment. Not a minute more. So, if i arrive after 5:30, that cuts into the 15 minutes. This appointment was for my sons first haircut. I didn't want an experience that was rushed through, and that's what I would be getting. I was so frustrated that they told me they couldn't take me for being 4 minutes late. I drug my son out of the house for nothing. I made an appointment with Sharkey's Cuts for Kids instead- and I am soooo happy I did! They were absolutely wonderful with my son and spent way over 15 minutes- making sure that he was comfortable - and giving us a great first experience. So, I'm actually thankful that the rude lady wouldn't take us for being 4 minutes late, we found somewhere better."

"She accommodated our needs regarding a haircut for our daughter. My daughter was happy too. All in all a very nice experience. Definitely plan to back again!"

"My nephew has been getting his hair cut there for nine years. He has come a long way, from screaming and crying to just fussing a bit. He won't let anyone but Lauren cut his hair. She is kind, patient and really works quickly all while reassuring her client during the cut. I highly praise her for her special talents and am thankful we found her. Aunt Linda"

"I can't comment on how they cut hair because we didn't even get that far. I had made an appointment for my son at 1130. I told the person that this would be cutting it close for my son's nap time but took the appointment because we wanted his hair cut before an event. We drove half an hour there and got there at 11:29 and they had just wet a girl's hair in the chair. I said I had an appointment and she asked what time like she was oblivious we were coming in. I asked if there was anyone else that was coming in to cut his hair and she said no that we would have to wait until she was done with that client. She said she didn't have enough time to cut her and her brother's hair and obviously didn't care that we had a scheduled appointment. I'm not sure why they even bother taking appointments if they don't honor them. We ended up leaving because I chose to not get his haircut over him not napping and being miserable. In the end we wasted an hour in the car to not even get a haircut."

"My 13 month old just got his first haircut here, cut by Lisa. I was very impressed. My son was not happy to have his hair cut (to say the least) and Lisa was very patient with him. The cut was needed and looks great on him. I REALLY appreciated her kindness and patience through out the process."
