"I had a tree fall on my 12'X12" Barn roof barn roof I saw McCauley Truck parked on Library Rd and called phone number Pro Called the number and owner Dan McCauley showed up at 04:00 pm appointment time on the day of appointment. Did a thorough inside inspection for damage. Gave me an reasonable repair estimate of $2200 . I later inquired of additional cost to replace complete roof. Again a reasonable additional estimate of $700 But at payment time he said it was $770 additional? Still a reasonable amount. So I rounded payment up(+30.00) to $3000. No appointment date was scheduled Then Dan called morning of day of repairs to my cell phone and left a message was crew would be starting that day. But I didn't know until l saw a 4 man crew going to barn. They completed complete roof in one day and did a great cleanup job Con My third page copy of only his estimate is hardly legible So After repairs I was given No legible invoice of final repair payment. Or a receipt showing Brand of shingles and what years of warranty coverage if ever necessary. I texted Dan requesting a invoice of paid repairs also showing brand of shingles installed with amount of years warranty on shingles. And also for possible tax write off when and If proof of upkeep etc if I ever decide to sell my house in future Disappointed and sorry to say I still have not received a return call or legible paid receipt in mail."

"I share a roof with a neighbor and her side was leaking. She called this company and they came out and did a $160 "patch". They told her that our 12 year old roof is in terrible shape and needs major repairs. A few days later it rained and it was still leaking. I went out to talk to him and tell him I wasn't putting out any more money until we had additional quotes and he acted like he was doing us a favor by saying he wasn't charging for this second visit. I had two other companies come out and they said the "patch" job he did was embarrassing. They showed me pictures and it is awful. Both companies also said that the roof needs some repairs, but is in excellent shape. I am glad I decided to get additional quotes because we would have spent a lot of unnecessary money with this company. I do not recommend at all."
