"I had siding installed roughly 3 years ago. I had initial issues with sloppy work and poor attention to detail. I actually had water come into my electric service panel because they didnt seal around the entrance properly. I was charged for siding removal which they did not do the just covered the old. They did promply come out and fix some of the issues. However when they did the installer mentioned I should have been happy with the results based on how the house looked before.. If I just wanted it to looke better than before I wouldnt have hired a professional.. On to my current issue. I have been trying to request a service call for over 4 months. I had a piece of siding warp and turn up on its side exposing the house. Presumably because of the heat from the sun. I get the run around I get the run around every time I call. And recently I feel like I'm blatently being lied to. Ive spoke with the manager multiple times tried to reach the owner. One of the employees told me he was in jail and thats why the company is in a chaotic state. Every time I call they take my info and say I'll get a return call and not once has that happened. Ive made efforts to contact them on an almost weekly basis over the last 12 weeks. It seems after they get your money they do not care one bit about the customer."

"So disappointed in this company. I have been having trouble since they have been installed in Oct 2015. Almost every single window (out of a total of 19 windows) leak air. You can hear the wind whistling through them. When I try and get ahold of someone, no one answers the phone, or bothers to call us back. When TJ did finally come out, I believe 2 weeks later after the first phone call to them, after calling and calling, he said the window was leaking because the sash wasn't the right size. If you measure the window, the top, middle, and bottom are all three different measurements. We were told by TJ two weeks ago, someone would be here to reinstall a window that wasn't installed correctly (they sunk the window in too far, and didn't bother to finish the bottom and it has been open to the air and weather now since 2015), and big surprise, no one here, no one answers the phone, and my siding guy had to do what he could around the window so he could finish his job. This is the one of the many problems and instances we have had to deal with since installation. We have had nothing but problems and have been beyond patient with these people. I'm done. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE FREAKIN' PLAGUE."

"We purchased 11 windows and signed a contract on 6/18/2016. 1 window that was going into the bathroom was supposed to be clouded or obscured glass. When the order came most of the windows were obscure and the measurements were wrong. The salesman JT tried to tell me they were "retrofitted" Windows that slide into the old frame... Basically trying to rip us off. We ended up having the owner of the franchise come out the next week to check the order and sort out the mistakes who then guaranteed us that the Windows would be ready and installed the next Friday 8/19/2016... Well, here we are... Friday at 1240pm. I had to call the corporate office to get an answer from anyone regarding whether anyone was going to show up today. The owner finally called and told us that the Windows were not delivered to their store and they wouldn't be there until Tuesday.... I know places have issues, but if the owner of a franchise comes out and still can't get it right, and a customer treated that person with respect, gives them an opportunity to correct the issues and then gets blatantly lied to about future install dates. That's a company that is veteran disapproved. There are several other places to shop. 2 months later and here we are. Starting to shop for Windows that should have been installed 3 weeks ago."
