I called them and found out He never called or sent it to be approved by insurance company."

"The staff is extremely poor and lazy. They do not do what they say, you have to call and even go down there multiple times to get something as simple as records sent to the respiratory therapist. They consistently mess up appointments. They are rude. Dr. A himself is fine but his staff is awful."
