"This place is a joke. If I could give it 0 stars I would but unfortunately that’s not an option. Automatic car wash was down but I already paid for it. Emailed to get a refund, but they require you to download an app to receive it. If that wasn’t ridiculous enough. Charley burgunder the POS employee in charge of responding to emails has horrible customer service. It’s been over two weeks still no refund. It’s not even about the money it’s the principle. Company treats its paying customers terribly I’ll rejoice when it goes out of business."

"Only infrequently do I stop here for a quick wash, but I'm very happy with the quality of the service and I look forward to continuing to use Whip Wash. That the facilities work using an app on one's phone may understandably be a drawback for some folks, though as someone who almost never has any change to speak of any more, I can't imagine trying to scrounge together quarters to use other car washes that I've visited in the past. The app is very intuitive and easy to use in and of itself; anyone familiar with QR codes should have no problem using the wash stalls at this location. With that said, the first time I visited, I'd never used a QR code in my life and I had a hard time getting my phone to recognize the code in the stall - but a staff member saw that I was having difficulty and without any need for me to call upon them, they stepped over to help me. Setting that aside, in the irregular instances when I do come here I've never experienced an issue, and I think the services are very reasonably priced considering the amount of water that's used for even the most basic wash selection. I would note, too, that the operators are very communicative; every now and again there may be some trouble with the app or the facilities that prevents usage (never, for me, when I was trying to use them), but the app provides alerts every time for when services or down and back up, which itself is deeply gratifying. As far as I'm concerned, if one needs to wash their car, and specifically to go over it with the power sprays at a professional service, you can't go wrong with Whip Wash."
