"The reason for the 2 stars is slightly complex. If we could rate the front desk differently then most of the actual students it would be completely different. About 50% of the students are very friendly and knowledgeable and they show compassion and a willingness to treat whatever person sits in front of them. There are others who won't speak one word to you and rush to try to get you out quickly without actually having to provide customer service. I feel bad for their clientele in the future for wherever they end up in their careers. That being said, there is one girl at the front desk who is actually quite rude and gets upset when you walk in for a service. It states walk-ins on their website. She makes you feel very u comfortable and yesterday we walked in just to see if we could do a service and she had the audacity to whisper about us with one of the girls. This isn't the first time that's happened. Or they'll tell you that noone is available and there will be 5 girls sitting in a group laughing and joking. The main reason we go here is for the location but next time we'll drive a half hour to Casal's. They are much friendlier."
