"Nice friendly staff, great selection of footwear, and the store is always neat"
"I absolutely love shoe Dept. Shoe Sensation no comparison, over priced, selection terrible and the store manager always looks miserable. Shoe Depot has a nice selection, very helpful sales people and prices fair!"
"Very helpfull. Had everything we were looking for. Walked out with 3 pairs of shoes. Only bad thing, associate did not know how to lace a boot. Or maybe didn't want to. I have an injured left hand and needed help."
"First they followed me around watching me and not saying anything like I was going to steal something. Then there was a lady who I asked for help “Rebecca” that was very rude to me. I was trying on boots and noticed that the sole was put on crooked, so I got out another of the same size and realized the sole of that boot was also on crooked. I opened another box and they were all like that. I informed employee Rebecca and she agreed they were like that, I told her I did want the boots and asked if she could still sell them and could they be marked down for having a manufacturing defect? As I’m not willing to pay $100 for a pair of boots that clearly have something wrong with them. She said she could mark them down 20%. I was looking at the boots in my size to see if there was one that wasn’t so badly noticeable and could still be used and she informed me that “if they aren’t that bad then I’m not marking them down for you”. I said “ok I will just go somewhere and get boots that aren’t defective”. She said “that’s fine” and snatched them out of my hands and began to put them back on the shelves. At this point i was very angry and told her “you don’t need to grab things from me, that was very rude. And also you guys can’t sell those if they’re defective, especially if you don’t plan to mark them down”. Then when I proceeded to ask for her name she said “what’s yours?” And didn’t give me her name. Note she also wasn’t wearing a name tag. When I checked out my other purchase I had to ask the employee that rang me out her name and the number to contact corporate. The lady “Rebecca” overheard and approached us and said “My name is Rebecca and just to inform you, I am the manager” to which I replied “I got the information I needed from her (other employee) and I don’t need to have any further interaction with you.” Then I left.. Note The woman that checked me out was very nice and did her job well. However, the manager “Rebecca” should be apprehended and absolutely should not be working with the public."
"They advertised nike to not have one nike shoe in the entire store. We also asked nicely for them to throw our trash away do to the lack of public trash cans and they declined and were not very nice about it."
