"I was scared to take the test at this center because of the bad reviews I saw. However, the test day experience was way beyond my expectations. The staff was very kind; the exam went smoothly without technical issues. Everything was great except some occasional talks outside( noise cancellation headphones will help)."

"Terrible company that doesn't take care of their workers at all. They hire temps on that have no experience then wonder why they have so many problems. No consistency since Scott Bale left this company. No communication either which is why Prometric lost their contracts with Columbia Gas which lost tons of people their jobs and Prometric did nothing to help any of us be placed elsewhere just told us if we want a job through them to reapply elsewhere instead of just relocating us which I know is 100% possible for this company seeing as they fly their auditors around all the time to fill positions when even temps won't fall for their lies and manipulation they pull!! Jeremiah I believe is a corporate spy for another company ever since he came in all it's been is firing of staff that's been there for years to pull some temp who knows nothing into a job and closing hundreds of sites!! How has any of this helped Prometric?? He has done nothing but have sites close cuz of his neglect and his famous "I have a meeting and I gotta go" line when he is being asked questions on something LITERALLY vice president of a company that hired them told me directly it was because of his neglect and him moving forward with bots as our customer support that has lost this company one of their biggest contracts in the states!"

"I have taken 6 certification exams in my life at similar facilities. This place was absolutely awful. Took over an hour just to get checked in for my test. Employees we’re arguing loudly with eachother. I was told a certain desk to go to then told it was wrong, then told it was right. Employees complained about where we were standing… yet no one gave us an direction on where to go. I will drive hours away before I ever go back here. This place had me so angry I was worried I was going to fail my test by the time I finally got to sit down."

"Dont work for this company they FIRED all their managers 79 of them to be exact, now are hiring for that same manager job again. PROMETRIC is why there is staffing issues at these sites. Blame the company 100% . Also have fun testing when they fully shut down and go bankrupt"
