After getting turned away at another eyeglass store because they did not accept medical insurance, we walked into The Eyeglass store at 4:25 pm. They closed at 4:30. Mary was the person helping us and she graciously allowed my Mom to pick out the frames even though it was past 4:30. She was patient and helpful! "Super sweet front desk staff and assistant. Dr. was extremely short and rude with my privately purchased insurance plan being one he hadn’t dealt with before and thus wasn’t familiar with the coverage on. I left the office in tears and ordered a year’s supply of my prescribed contacts through Sam’s Club for less than half the price he told me I’d have to pay for them."

"Great place! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was when I went to look at frames. The lady who helped me was very sweet but she failed to mention they had the frames that were covered by insurance hidden away under lock and key in a drawer. Those were what I wanted to look at first instead of wasting my time on frames I knew I wouldn't be able to afford. Insurance is confusing and difficult enough so I would have appreciated more upfront support with the covered frames."
