"It’s fine. The doctor is okay, but if you want timely service and close follow-up, not a great place to go. Also the front desk/receptionists are generally not available for assistance."
"The people and doctor are VERY nice. My issue with this place is that I didn’t feel that I was getting the kind of care I needed. I called about having an issue around Christmas and the doctor was on vacation. No problem, I understand. He deserves a break just as much as anyone else! But when we discussed my issues, I was told to just stop taking my thyroid med. No further testing was done to be sure that there wasn’t more going on that what we initially had thought. I went elsewhere to seek a second opinion in which I was shocked to find that there could be multiple issues that cause the symptoms I was experiencing and that I definitely should have some more testing to be sure of the cause before adjusting my medications. I really do like the people here, I just feel like I needed more from them than what I was getting."
"I found the office disorganized. On the day I visited, the doctor was behind, and I waited a very long time for a very short interview. But the worst things was this: I received a nearly $300.00 bill for the 10 minute visit, despite the fact that my insurance should guarantee only a $30.00 visit to a specialist. The insurance information had been incorrectly submitted, but even after it was corrected, I received a bill for almost $100.00. The office seemed unsurprised by that charge. I would think twice about going to this office."
"I showed up for my appointment and was told that they no longer accept my secondary insurance so the doctor couldn't see me. If I only had one insurance I would've been okay but because I had a secondary insurance they didn't accept they wouldn't see me. Unbelievable! Never going back . Update 3/2/21 The office manager contacted me a few weeks ago and explained that they had problems with the worker that I dealt with and she was no longer employed there. They apologized profusely. I did really like Dr Srivastava and would go back except I've already seen another doctor that I like. Lesson learned, always ask for the manager."
"Just as I needed a refill on my prescriptions I was informed I was no longer welcome as a patient. I only ever had one appointment and had to cancel one for an emergency. I would not recommend wasting your time and energy in making this office responsible for your diabetic needs. The lack of empathy and obvious arrogance makes me sick"
