"The staff are extremely nice. They are pretty busy, but I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. I have to visit at least once a week, and my veins are horrible, yet they normally get me with one stick. Try to make an appointment it makes it easier for everyone."
"Nobody in loby walk in welcome yeah right ten minutes till I found someone back there eating and on there phone and the person said u must call to set up a appointment so they get paid to do what u answer that question. Poor quality care for a routine blood work it would have taken five minutes but it wasted 46 minutes of my life. Since the pandemic it has got worse do your job if I would stand around eating and on my phone I would be fired truth."
