"I called from my business number while I was on my lunch break. He must have seen my business name pop up and picked up the phone acting like an old lady, saying the she just fell and to call the nurse. I called from my cell phone and he answered the phone, "Testa's, how can I help you" I told him that I had just called from my business number and he pranked me and that was no way to do business. He then told me to take a hike. I would never use this company simply for the immature customer service I received."
