"My 93yo mom recently got her dual citizenship. Thanks to our fellow Filipino’s. Namely: Joey Macatula, Ryan and Francis. They are all very informative, helpful and courteous. Like they always say… “ Sana all”."
"My experience was great! I went in on my scheduled time which was 9:40 am and done by 10:30 i stayed till 11:30 for the oath taking and that was it! I did dual citizenship and passport application. It was so fast and efficient. As long as you have all the requirements they were asking from the website and exact cash! I would say separate your original from photocopy cause when you get in they will ask for your originals first then photocopy. But didnt really matter I have everything needed so it was good. The officials are very knowledgeable and will help you and very professional, they are nice too! If you need copies they have photocopier in the building. The inside is also clean. Over all experience is great! From staff to the whole process. I just dont like driving in DC and parking is scarce. Took an Uber so i dont have to find parking since im not from the area and i dont know where are parking lot around."
"Hello my name is Vee. I’d like to give KUDOS for the whole staff at the Philippine Embassy in Washington. Thank you so much for all your assistance, patience and understanding. My mother and I were there to get our Dual Citizenship last June and came back this August 30 for my dad’s dual citizenship. The experience on both days are phenomenal. All the staff are very knowledgeable, respectful, caring and professional. The Philippine Embassy in Washington DC made us feel at home. I would say, I’m so blessed to be Filipino again. Thank you for the opportunity to regain our Filipino Citizenship! May God bless you all!"
"Outstanding Embassy Service. .. Very professional polite and courteous staff. Mask are required and social distancing recommended . Remember when renewing Philippines passports, $60.00 Cash or Money Order only. Also a Priority U.S. Postal envelope with tracking number and the correct amount of postage. Photo copies of Old passport and Green card id are required. Good Luck & God Bless"
"Went here to renew my passport. The staff were so professional, kind and considerate. I felt very comfortable in seeing how they take care of elderly ones who sought assistance in their services. Felt proud of being a Filipino and at least felt at home to be in the Philippines even for a few moment."
