"System shucks. Huge formalities for a simple job. They make you put all the paperwork online and once again hard copy which is stupid. Thier online system accepts photos only up to 300 kb volume, so if you don't know how to lower the volume of the photos then you are in a big trouble (then you need to pay someone $200 to file it for you). I traveled a long way to do the biometric there, they they told me when it is done after 2 months then I have to come back again for pick up and there is no other way to courier it. Some nice people are working there however you may meet those... I witnessed one employee who was humiliating a guy for missing a photocopy while he could simply direct him to go upstairs and make one with the photocopy machine there!!"
"Respectful and professional people. The best way to get your answers is by calling them! If they are not available to answer your call. They call you back ASAP! they listen to you with patience and answer all your questions and ensure you haven't missed any point! I appreciate their hard work, some like Mr. Javaheri or Mr. Sedaghat if I remember correctly!"
"Considering that they take appointments only 2 days a week, the place is extremely busy. Despite that the staff is very polite and respectful and they get a lot done in a very short amount of time. I walked in at 10am, renewed my passport, got 3 visas for my family and was done by 1 pm. Having said that, all my documents were complete so we didn't waste any time there. I have to give it to them, they are really efficient!"
