"This is my first time coming here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Which was very surprising seeing all these negative reviews. I was more than pleased with how kinda the staff was. Fast loading times , thank you"
"Picked up dry van load for 1630 appointment. Took about an hour to get me back there, and the loader had me loaded very quickly. He placed the dunnage where it needed to be, and I had to hammer nails into the dunnage to secure it to my trailer. They provided all dunnage, nails, and the hammer for me to use. They are NOT allowed to secure your load. Easy in and out, honestly, and very nice people. They even allowed me to park at the rt 8 gate for my 10 [you can park at the exit along fence line from what I was told, but my company doesn't allow for street parking] * they require all PPE, but I didn't have steel toe boots and was still allowed to grab my load and secure it. I'm not sure if I got lucky or what, but keep that in mind. I wore my regular tennis shoes, jeans, long sleeve shirt, and my hard hat with my prescription glasses and safety vest and had no issues :-) Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and nice!"
"Guess i got lucky based off the other reviews. Was 2 hours late, got me right in and loaded up quickly. Everyone was super cool and helped me out. Just have your required ppe and it won't be an issue."
"This is a steel mill not a truck stop or service plaza. PPE is required. Stock up on food and drink BEFORE you get to the truck entry gate; what you have is all you get. There is an outhouse over by the truck entry gate; that is all you get. There is a speed limit inside which you need to stay UNDER. The stop signs you will see are real and you really do need to come to a full complete stop at them. Check in is at the truck entry gate. Yard equipment has the right of way. Once you check in you will get a phone call from them eventually which will detail what you need to do. I would not suggest you try to stay overnight there; parking is very slim."
"Huge place. Dry van pick up about 2 hours. Make sure you reposobile for secure your load. Driver must be have hard hat, safety vest, boots. Check in office really dirty."
