"I showed up around 2:30 a.m. a guy named John was the only guy on duty. He was deep in some work and stopped everything to get me rolling. I told him I was up under a load. He asked me to ETA for my delivery and told me he could do the job and then he did it. He went above and beyond to help me out and get me rolling fix some other issues I had as well. "They fired me then told unemployment I quit. I had to prove my case. Very shady company. Ralph, Patrick…(guys over in Girard) very shady. I was working close to 50hrs while my two fellow colleagues barely touched 40. If you are a hard worker don’t go here, they won’t appreciate you and they’ll overload you to take slack off the managers favorites. When you ask them for more money for added work conditions they give you the run around…I can go on for days man. FYI just found out one they “favorites” was fired because of an accident he got in PA, karmas’ crazy like that!"

"If you don’t like to sleep this is the job for you. Some days you’ll start at 7am and work six or seven hours not bad. Until you get told that you need to come back in at midnight. You will be dispatched as needed. Anytime from 11pm to 730am. Safety first they don’t care if you didn’t get back to bed at 2 in the afternoon that’s your problem. And be careful your first two paychecks will not be correct nor will your last two if you don’t stay 90 days. It’s not training pay you work for free for a week and a half they take it all back because you want informed about the hours you would be working. This is the Astro shapes account. "I have been one of AIM’s customers for over one year now. The vast majority of our business is predicated upon the usage of AIM’s products, namely semi-sleepers and trailers. Initially, the customer service was “okay” but over the last six to eight months it has diminished drastically right along with (some) of their products. We are on rental agreements for eight (8) of their units, four semi-sleepers and four trailers. We have had several units fail on a frequent and consistent basis to where business operations have been detrimentally affected. One unit in particular had at least a dozen service calls or repairs where it had to be decommissioned for weeks at a time which caused even more stress on the business. Throughout the ordeal, we requested a replacement unit on several different instances to no avail. I have spoken with a number of representatives with AIM who tend to disparage each and every issue I have in addition to redirecting accountability in a circle. These people are unprofessional, have unethical practices, breach contracts, lack decorum, and provide subpar service to their customers of whom they feel are inadequate in terms of knowledge and experience pertinent to business. On several occasions I have been treated as if my business and what I bring to the table in terms of business is disposable, unvalued, and my complaints go unaddressed. My problems were initially with the equipment and lack of reliable equipment, but through dealing with several representatives my issues have transcended over to the deplorable customer service I receive on a day to day basis. This entity is retaliatory, and will do everything in their power and beyond to justify their antics, retaliatory conduct, and ultimately they don’t care about certain customers and I am a walking testament to that. I may not bring them $100k a month like other customers, but I still deserve to be valued and at this point, they have shown and proved anything but."
