"Trying to contact via phone for several days now and all I get is a busy tone. Regardless of whether you call at 9am or throughout the day, there is absolutely no way to get hold of a live person. There is no welcome recording, there is no prompt that you will be attended to shortly - nothing. Just a constant busy tone. Seems so archaic in this day and age."
"I would definitely rate them 0 if there was an option for that.We malaysian been known to help each other regardless of race.I sent in my passport renewal application with all the documents, I been trying to call them for about a month now but their phone system is always unreachable.This is so disappointing, only e- mails are replied.I want to talk ro someone and not e- mailing each time.Their officers have lack of knowledge on visa and asked me to draft a letter explaining.Seriously."
"Guy at the front desk is very rude and extremely unprofessional. Keeps interrupting my question before I could finish what I needed to say or ask. I feel threatened by him with his tone of voice. Good luck to whoever encounters him. Probably the only guy answering the phone."

"A spacious, boxy complex with bland exterior but sumptuous interior with primarily Islamic elements styled in traditional Malaysian decor with all modern amenities, serviced by courteous attentive staff. One of my favorite embassies in DC as they go all out to make guests feel welcome while taking time and effort to educate the visitors about Malaysia."
