"Don't need to make and appointment for TSA PRE CHECK because regardless of what the site says that reservations take priority over walk-ins. Cleveland hts location will make you wait until your appointment time, even if you get there 10mins early like they said and will take walk-ins over appointments. According to them, thats not their rule, it is Idemia. So don't WASTE YOUR TIME DOING EXTRA WORK"
"The appointments are quick, however, this facility has no schedule. You show up and gaggle in a corner. This office is inside a senior citizen center. If you had an appointment (like we did), it does not matter, as walk ins will be honored before your appointment. They were running behind 25 minutes on the day we went. I honestly think just having a sign in sheet with available times for walk ins would set this place straight. In the morning, the clerk blocks out the pre-scheduled times and walk in can take times not scheduled or no-shows. Just a thought, but something ought to be done."
