"Dr. Jagarlamundi was top notch, an excellent physician. The lady who checked me in was very nice, very professional. From there things took a nosedive. The nurse who put in my IV and got things started was ok, she seemed to be in a rush to be done with me so I didn't ask questions. The CRNA introduced himself but I had to ask what his role was in my care. He said less than 10 words to me and looked down or away the entire time. And gosh, in the procedure room NO ONE SPOKE TO ME. I kept thinking 'just give it a second' but nothing. I finally said hello! One person answered briefly. Then a tech (nurse? Who knows?) began to shove a bite block in my mouth before actually telling me what she was doing ('it's the bite block, THE BITE BLOCK'). It was abrupt enough so that I got a little panicked. Thank heaven the IV sedation was given soon after. After everything was over and I was walking out I got momentarily dizzy. The cna (? Who knows) was sitting at the desk smiled and sort of laughed, asked if I was ok. My ride was my elderly neighbor, it floored me that she evidently had no intention of getting up. That's why the 2 stars. Did I have a remarkable experience? Not really."
