"I highly recommend Chaz and his crew from CR Augenstein for your oil furnace needs!! Our family has been doing business with them for over 30 years! My inlaws actually used them back in the 1960's for furnace oil delivery!! Chaz's grandfather "Chuck", his son and now Chaz have always delivered our furnace oil in a timely manner when called. So, when it was time for us to install 2 new oil tanks, for 2 properties next to each other, we knew who to call! Chaz and his crew of workers were able to install 2 new oil tanks in just a few days!! They were very professional! Respectful! Kind! No foul language! Accomodating! Cleaned up after the job too! And most of all, they were amazingly affordable! They also have their own oil furnace crew workers who were able to assist in hooking up brand new copper lines and removing the old in both homes in just a few days!! The furnace crew workers were also very knowledgeble, respectful and cleaned up as well! We were very pleased with the overal job and would highly recommend them!"

"I highly recommend C.R. Augenstein! These people are wonderful! They helped me out of a bad situation when my old propane company stuck me. I waited for over a week for the other company (during freezing weather and lots of snow) only to have them tell me they couldn't get up my driveway, it was to icy. It was plowed and de-iced! I know, I am the one who keeps it plowed and de-iced! HE LIED! I ended up running out of propane, during the coldest 3 days of the year (it was over the weekend), and trying to keep my 90 year old mother from freezing to death and the water lines from breaking. Augensteins came right out as soon as I called them. Their competent driver had no problem what so ever. In addition, their prices were more reasonable."
