"Mike and his team recently finished our basement. As the first-timer dealing with contractors on a large scale project like this, we were very nervous. Now that the project is over, we think that it was a right decision to work with Mike. Their work quality and ethic were good. We are happy with the finishing touches and their going over the board in terms of different adjustments (e.g. adding extra lights and outlets in the storage areas, adjusting the schedule due to bathroom door replacement, etc). If I have to add any suggestion, I would encourage Mike to share his input to the homeowners on the design / layout choices more whenever possible. Obviously, homeowners would make the final calls, but the first-timers like us may not know a whole lot about many issues.
