"Have been a blue handle fan for decades. 18 months ago, I purchased this ratcheting screw driver to keep in my truck. I own 2 small marinas and a boat rental company in Northern Indiana. It's so handy for emergency service calls. The #2 Phillips bit came up mixing a few months back. Called CS today to see if I could purchase a replacement bit. The young lady was more than pleasant and super helpful. I gave my name and address, and then she said ,"we'll get that right out to you." Today he was discussing quality tools, and he showed some Channellock pliers that finally broke after FORTY TWO Years of hard use.
