"I had appointment for a MRE I was told to be there at 4:45 , my appointment was at 6:00. I checked in at 4:45 and sat there until 5:30. I got up and asked why was I told to be here at 4:45. But I have been waiting 45 min for what. The receptionist said they had to call the doctor to get the ok to give me the medicine. I think if I had to guess, someone did not read my chart right. So that being said. I left I was not going to sit for another 45min. To get my MRE. I don’t know what you folks think. But the medical profession is getting very unprofessional. Not sure why I wrote this complaint, no one cares anyway. If this facility wants to call me and talk about this. They have my number. I was just there yesterday last night."

"I had a MRI 3/22. I am absolutely terrified of small tight places. 2 years ago I tried to have one and failed because I had a severe panic attack. The tech and nurses were so kind and compassionate towards me. They were very patient and caring. They worked so hard to make sure I was comfortable not just physically but mentally. I thanked them numerous times but it's not enough. Thank you all again for all you did for me."

"I was actually happily surprised. Everyone seemed very nice and courteous. They were running slightly behind but my appointment was after 5:00 so the entire day schedule had to be accomplished in order to reach late afternoon for my appointment. So a 15 minute delay from the scheduled appointment time is completely acceptable to me"

"Staff offers no apologies when they’re late, just give you shoulder shrugs and attitude. I heard “I told her 15-20 mins” from some staff in back. Rude and unacceptable. I’ll go elsewhere."

"Can not, in good conscience recommend this place. Tho the people were very nice. It was the worst MRI experience I have ever encountered. The machine had to be rebooted twice while I was there. Once while I was in the machine. After the MRI I mentioned to the tech, that it was far too tight and I was in a lot of pain.my elbow was in fact bruised as a result. She told me I should have asked for the bigger machine. What??????? How was I to know you had one. This, by the way was after trying to squeeze me into the tube, they realized they had the shoulder guide in the wrong track. They knew this machine was way too tight. Had you told me about the other machine, I would have been willing to wait. Regarding my reminder call. I was called two days prior and told I had to be there no later than 9:45 am. Even tho I had been told 10:00 before. Ok. No big deal. Until I got there and was told I was very early. Wouldn’t be ready til 10:30. I told them I was told to be there at 9:45. They had no idea why I was told that."
