"I wanted to review the Zelie location. My child started as they opened and has received amazing care. She loves going to school and at not even 2.5 is learning her letters thanks to Miss Cindy. Their ratios are always great and everyone is so friendly."

"This review is for the Cranberry location. Everything was great, until it wasn’t. We noticed my child was taking longer naps than usual. The infant room staff told me that they were putting all of the infants on their bellies to sleep “because they sleep better.” We brought our concerns with lack of safe sleep practices to Jodi and Miranda. They assured us staff would be re-educated and this would never happen again as they also take safe sleep seriously. Two weeks later I arrived earlier than usual to get my child and found her asleep in a mamaroo and with a blanket on. This was the final straw; we had to pull our child immediately because we could no longer trust them to take our concerns regarding safe sleep seriously."

"Over the Moon Cranberry- I have a very very wild two year old and the trauma of the foster care system impacts his behavior so much. He was just about to be sent home indefinitely from his prior daycare when over the moon had an opening. Since then, he has done a 180 in behavior and I credit the trauma informed, patient, empathetic staff so much. They give him space to be a kid, but he learns so much too!! One of his therapists that sees him there said she has never seen staff so empathetic and patient with kids with tough behavior. We have been here for several months and continue to feel so grateful!! The facility is also beautiful, the owner diligent in cleaning and communication, and the staff is again, wonderful."

"We had, unfortunately, a similar experience as Ashley here. This review is for Cranberry. At first, we loved it. We started in June. But things have taken a downfall since we started. We, too, were contacted to inform us that our son had a fever. A photo was sent of a thermometer with it reading 101. He ran over to me very excitedly with no signs of fever when picking him up. I took his temperature at home (6 minute drive), he was 98.2 and never had a fever. They contacted me through the app recently to tell me that he threw up twice, however I was never called. I love that they use Brightwheel for pictures and daily reports, but not when your child is vomiting. We also found it to be completely understaffed. They shut down a few times and we were still charged for those days. We wanted so badly to love it there, but it was not a good experience for us at the end. There are a few teachers that were really great, but everyone seems very overwhelmed and the facility seems to be understaffed. I hope that they can turn things around."

"It has been almost a month since my 2 children have started with Over The Moon Daycare . At first, we were worried about the transition, leaving their friends at the daycare behind, however they have learned more in that month than my older child did in the entire five years he was at the previous daycare. They had some good staff but management was the issue. At over the moon there is never a concern for a child safety, for what they’re learning, and for the care and love that our children are given. The fact that there is a daily curriculum I know what they’re doing at all times and I see pictures and updates throughout the day really reassures me that we are in the right place. Our two-year-old son is learning sign language, which is absolutely incredible as he’s able to communicate with us better. I couldn’t be happier with the decision we have made to join this daycare. I will be forever grateful for the phone call that I had Friday before Easter with Jodi on the phone, leaving me in tears with how much I had to look forward to bringing my children to her center. Over the moon is an incredible daycare and I would give a five star recommendation to anyone looking to bring their children there."
