"A cashier selected my gas type without asking when I was paying with my credit card. Regular gas not the type I was getting, and didn’t even ask me what type of gas I wanted!!! Then when I had her resetting the pump she wanted to argue with me telling me that she has asked me the gas type and I told her regular. I never told her regular. I never said anything about any gas type to put into the car because at the time I was driving my brothers car and I had actually called him at the gas pump just to confirm what type of gas he wanted me to put in his car!!!!!! Her customer Service was HORRIBLE!!!!! At no point should she have started to argue with me about this, and then proceed to insist I was wrong when I said I never selected a gas type! Now because of this my card wouldn’t go through to get my gas and I had to drive away with my gas light on! I am sorry but at no point in time when working with customers should you argue with them and then insist that they are wrong especially in front of other customers!!!
