"I support local businesses, but the experience with this place was just terrible. Amy and another lady were yelling at me at one point in front of other customers because what I was asking them to do was too much trouble for them. And they screwed up the embroidery, and they weren't up front about their mistake that I had to fight to get a refund later. Of course no apologies from them. They are so unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. I will not recommend and never go back to Amy."

"I have had nothing but negative experiences with Amy. She gives a date of when things will be done and they never are. I have been there for 4 things, nothing ever done on time. Dropped off a sweatshirt in nov to be done and as of today, still not done. Needless to say, she has very poor customer service and the work is not worth the aggravation"

"What a team! I highly recommend them for your special project. They took on my project like it was their own and made sure it was perfect. Great customer service isn't easy to come by these day and these folks have it figured out... Every customer that came and left while i was there left with a smile on their face. My personal logo was far from perfect when i stopped in the first time but after a few tweaks I have hats and jackets that are perfect. I'll definitely use them for additional items as needed.
