"1st time here & had no idea it was a takeout window/drive thru. I parked in the spot out front and before I decided to buy my booze I wanted to check out what other businesses were in that strip. The guy hanging out the window immediately yelled if he could help me. I said sure I’ll be right back. He then began to school me that the spot I was in was for his customers only & pointed to a sign. I apologized & asked where the door was. He asked me to tell him what I wanted. I was totally taken aback that I couldn’t go inside & browse. I ended up moving my car to a different spot. I went back & got 2 things I knew I wanted & he was still pretty rude. I probably would’ve spent a lot more if I could have went inside. He was extremely rude and the entire concept seems pretty dumb & something you’d see in a college town where kids are buying cases of beer. I don’t need some random dude telling me what kind of wine to buy. I appreciate a recommendation but only after I’ve seen the inventory. Such a bizarre experience & concept and I’ll never go back."

"Terrible place to buy your spirits. The prices are way overpriced and the guy who runs the place provides terrible customer service. They are still hiding behind COVID and do not let you walk into the store to view the inventory. People who buy wine like to look at the selection to make their choice rather than playing 20 questions with the clerk. Do yourself a favor and take the drive to ShoreBirds Package on Frederica. Much better selection, pricing and the staff are super friendly"
