Our Sales Representative, James, was top notch! We had several consultations with Reps from other companies, but James had us sold! He did not come with pushy sales tactics. "We got a customized bathtub / shower designed and installed by Mad City. The installers Tyler and Luke were excellent from start to finish! Both were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the product and install. Close attention to detail and clean-up were appreciated. Brad was our design consultant and Declan was the field manager.
