"Every single jersey Mike’s I’ve been to the staff has been friendly in the food very good. The only problem I ever had was with two girls who acted extremely ignorant and ghetto and this is the one that’s on McKnight Road other than that one incident all jersey Mike are good."
"I have never had issues with this location before, always very satisfied with my order and the product. But lately during the entire month of July, my food was constantly messed up for the first time. I’ve watched them give out wrong orders while I was eating there as well. Then to top it off today, I saw they tripled charged my card on my bank statement and had to dispute it… not very happy with this location anymore."
"Extremely unorganized and late preparing food… I ordered online pickup at 4:40pm my food pick up ETA was 5pm but they took almost 5:20pm for food to be ready.. I had to wait for 20mins that too, why can’t they provide correct time in app..not a fan.. No complaints on food, it was good"

"Do not order a hot sub from this location - this is the third time over the last several months I've given them a chance, and they simply are incapable of making the sandwiches - like sandwich soup - they can do cold cuts fine but anything requiring warm ingredients they absolutely butcher."
