"Been going for years but have never felt welcome, the beard guy seems to hate everything and everyone not only has he been there forever with obviously no repercussions for how he treats people, I've bought alot of things like mtg play mats cards and other games, I was looked at like an idiot when I haven't played mtg for over 10 years wanted to know about the packs they had lets just say he definitely didn't want to explain anything to me I literally had to look up on my phone on what the diff "booster" packs were about. I thought a card store would definitely take advantage of a long time player coming back to the game with hundreds of dollars to spend and a decent "old" collection some being beta and alpha but he said he wasn't really interested in anything without even looking at what I had I didn't tell him I had what I did or he prob would have wanted to look. I let all that slide for a couple years would just come in and grab some mtg stuff gear, and cards. asked about mtg game nights or anything was told they Haven't done it recently but would take down my name and number would let me know when it "starts back up" never got a call. The last thing I brought a couple ppl there not too long ago and was treated very rudely and like I've never been there before and he watched us like we were a bunch of teens about to steal things I'm well into my late 30s haha my friends were like that was super awkward. the place seems like they hate ppl looking to buy things. Also asking anything about dbz or manga at all is laughable. Maybe I just get stuck with the horrible bearded employee that hates his life or all of us everytime but I'm finally done with this place. Sorry but not sorry."

"While shopping, my wife had a bit of a bathroom emergency. She asked to use the restroom and the clerk said no (with a smirk.) I asked him nicely if he would reconsider, that I was making a nice stack of books to buy, and he pointed to the sign and said, “rules are rules” again with a smirk. "The store has a good variety of everything, but the service is variable. I wish they had a self checkout so I didn't have to stand around for 10 minutes waiting for the cashier to stop talking to the patrons. Please sir, I just want to make my purchase and go home. "Let me start by saying, I'm fully aware thier policy is all sales are final. But, I purchased a 100 CT pack of ultra pro sleeves and when I got home, 40 of the 100 sleeves were completely broken. I went back hoping to at minimum be allowed to swap them for non broken sleeves and was told tough luck. I'm sorry but that's not a small damage or defect. I was sold an usable product at full price and when confronted about it being unusable was told sorry we can't do anything. It's not like you can inspect the sleeves before you buy them. I can look at a pack of card sleeves and tell that nearly half are broken. I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience."
