The staff at check out made it her priority to get me the best costly treatment possible. I appreciated her efforts. The staff were all wonderful from check-in the check out, and the doctors as well."

"Please BEWARE of this place. I promise I don't write bad reviews unless it's really bad. This place does not care how much pain you are in. When I arrived, I sat there for 3 hours, I as literally next in line to be seen, and the desk lady calls me up, and said to come back at 3 so these people can take lunch. So I continue to wait. When I was finally seen, they took x rays, and then quoted me a outrageous bill. The tooth giving me pain needed to be a emergency extraction. Then, they told me it was too late to "start" an extraction once I questioned the quote. I wasn't asking for this huge makeover. I just needed the tooth out. I did ask if I payed this outrageous down payment, when will I e seen? The lady told me it would be almost a month. To just take the medication. Remind you, I'm in excruciating pain this whole time as I'm getting madder and madder. There is absolutely nothing urgent about this place. They only want your money."

"The staff is friendly and confident. Katie is so caring and kind. I would get on a waiting list just to have her as a dental assistant for my appointment. They are very educated and explain everything they are going to do in a manner you can understand. Options were given and my choices were respected. The dental area and waiting room were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this location and the dental staff. Scheduling was in a reasonable time frame and there were many options when making an appointment."
