"I received a circular in the mail last week, that caught my attention because a very reputable company was offering 50% off of manufactured materials for any of their offered services. I purchased my home 5 years ago and later discovered severe damage with weathering to my roof, effecting some main living spaces. I contacted Long home their team were very responsive and respectful. They allowed me to book as early as possible for an assessment. When the assessor came to my home Mr. William Flores, introduced himself, showed his cards and identification, explained briefly what happens next and proceeded to his vehicle to grab his equipment and began the process. When he returned inside the home I asked that he place shoe covers on to protect my small children and he agreed. We sat in my formal dining area and he pulled out his tablet presenting the photos he had taken of the roof and also of the ones inside that I had allowed him to take. He compared the materials, explaining everything in great detail. Mean while my son and daughter were amused at our guest and came to greet him and he spoke and played with them. Which was very good “bedside manners” he never lost focus on his task. He jumped right in and explained more product, comparable to the square footage of the roof and adjoining porch. He explained labor warranty and product warranty and the pro-rated clause of the warranty. He was very understanding of my inexperience with regards to roofing material and its many processes and didn’t have a problem with over-explaining the process to me. He conducted a survey very intentional and personal about what my goals were and he proved how the company has grown since 1945, and still leading in technology, development and innovation. He really stressed the importance of customer satisfaction and how involved the customer is allowed to be during the process. His people skills and knowledge of the company was stellar. I really appreciate and admire his dedication and commitment to take time out of his evening to meet me after I got off from work on this rainy August 2024, evening.
