By being open by appointment only, we had the entire floor to ourselves which made the experience so relaxing and stress free. The best part of the appointment was Paige! "The customer service was beyond excellent at Pine Ridge Bridal! All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My consultant, Paige, was amazing. I went to the shop with tons of pictures of a certain type of bridal gown I thought I wanted. We picked a few out and I tried a few on, each time Paige was very attentive to what I liked and disliked about each gown. At one point she asked if I would be willing to try a different style of dress to be sure the ones I had been trying on was what I actually wanted. I was hesitant but figured there was nothing to lose. The dress she put me in was amazing! It was not the one yet though. Paige said she had a bit of a different dress and asked if I was willing to try it on. I did and it was perfect! It was a dress I would have never thought to try on or thought would have looked good on me. Paige knows what she is doing! Listen to your consultants when you go and be open-minded, it’s their job for a reason! I can’t recommend this bridal shop enough! You won’t be disappointed!!"
