"Absolutely terrible place. Do not go here. First it wouldn’t let me schedule a dot physical so i scheduled a regular one. To make sure I could switch I tried for a couple hours to get someone on the phone so I didn’t waste my time going there. When I got to the place and they said they couldn’t do it cus they didn’t have the time. Fine. I rescheduled. Show up at 830 for my appointment. Nobody is there. Waited till 9 and decided to grab some things from the store. Finally at 915 someone shows up. I tell her I had an appointment at 830 for my physical and she tells me that she has a 915 and 945 appointment and that she could get me in after that. I tell her I was there for my appointment and that I worked all night so that wouldn’t work for me. She then laughs and says well we can get you in later. I didn’t get an email informing me that my appointment had been canceled until 910. Didn’t even apologized or acknowledge any kind of inconvenience they had caused. If people get charged for not showing up to appointments why shouldn’t they be held to the same standard?"

"Terrible receptionist. Does not know how to read or what she is doing. Told me I filled out the wrong section on a paper but it was right. Had no greeting and was extremely disrespectful. I ended up going to the little clinic on Morse road and had no problems. She needs to learn how to greet patients and treat people with respect."

"Misdiagnosed and zero treatment. Have called a handful of times with no answer or call back. Kristen was the nurse who refused to prescribe antibiotics although I was sick for over 7 days. Now dealing with worse symptoms, strep throat, ear infection. Do not recommend this location."

"By 2 am this morning I was positive I had a UTI. A friend had said this was a great place so I got online about 7:30 am and got an appointment at 8:40 am. On a Saturday! I was seen promptly, everyone was professional and friendly, and I left about 9:10, having been tested, checked over thoroughly, and the NP having sent a prescription to my pharmacy. You can get your prescriptions at Kroger, but that’s not my usual pharmacy, so she sent the Rx to my usual one to save me the hassle of having to verify my insurance. I will definitely go back if I need same-day care for some5ing routine."
