"This laundromat was like out of a horror movie. I have not been to a laundromat in many many years but decided to go today and wash my pillow top mattress cover which is too big to dry in my dryer. First washer I put it in would not take coins, second washer the display screen would not work so took some money, finally the third machine worked. Once I washed it I went over to the first dryer and it kept giving me a sail switch error, so I checked the lint trap and everything was cleaned out. Second dryer I moved it to I let it run for 5 minutes and it never got warm on the inside. I was about to move to a third dryer since the whole reason I was there was to use a big dryer until I heard another lady say how disgusting this place is, when I turned to look at her there was a giant rat running between the fist and second row of washing machines then ran behind the second row. I said something to the lady and she was horrified. I loaded up my wet belongings and left there in a hurry. I cannot believe this place is operating and I cannot believe all the other comments on here and the owner is trying to defend this place. Shut this place down immediately. For the record there was a Second Lady there as well and I overheard her on the phone with someone talking about how disgusting the place was and she will never go there again. To the owner: if you have trouble believing this story, check your cameras."

"Where do I begin,?? Let's start with the the washing machines,that don't work. I mean out of 20 machines maybe 3 worked. The dryers where no better. Don't waste your time or money This is for the owner. When where you there last??? Because you may have 3 machines working. Check them please. Your dyers suck may be 4 are working. The place is a pig sty"

"I was shocked to be all alone at 430 but now I know why. Every other machine is out of order. Different dryers cost the same but give different timed cycles. The worst dryer gave less time and came out cold and wet on the hot cycle. I lost $2.50 moving from dryer to dryer to find one that worked. Several wouldn't shut. And one kept stopping. Won't come back. Definitely not recommend."

"95% percent of the machines ARE ( not r ) broken. I shouldn’t have to leave note or call as a owner of a Business you should know to come to the place of business and keep up the maintenance on your machines etc. the bathroom shouldn’t be called a bathroom. Just because there’s a working toilet it’s broom closet legally speaking and NO soap ew this place is horrible. As a “ owner” of the business you should do better. This place ruined blankets that costed my parents 65-100 dollars. The arcade games really? What is this a run down laundromat or a 80’s child arcade place. As a just beginner owner I know the importance of owning a business. You I’m sorry you just given up. I am NOT your employee and I shouldn’t call you nor take care of your business for you. This place should be shut down. Pictures are shown as proof you don’t keep up with anything. Lol stop giving terrible excuses as to why your a terrible owner and actually do something if you care of your customers. $15 dollars if not more were lost in your terrible machines."
