"The managers (ie: Mrs. Cindy Zijlstra and Mr. Michael Baxter) at this site are RUDE, CRUDE, and/or UNRESPONSIVE. Being a dental specialist, I have no idea why a reputable company like ALIGN TECHNOLOGY would align themselves, especially as SPONSORS, with this type of organization. We've been emailing and calling Cindy Zijlstra (manager that oversees Polar Ice Rinks in the Triangle, and Michael Baxter) for over a month with NO RESPONSE. The responses we did get a few months ago (from Mrs. Zijlstra...Mr. Baxter ghosted us) were less than helpful, could be described as adversarial, a deliberate pain in the rear end. Do your self a favor and avoid the Polar Ice rinks, their unprofessional management, and their sponsors to include ALIGN TECHNOLOGY. We will be going outside the Triangle to get some ice time with a rink that is managed by professional, courteous management."

"Went there to watch Canes practice. Great set up. I was happy my girls could have lunch there (chicken tenders) before we drove home. My daughter said BEST chicken tenders and fries ever! (And said the meal itself was worth the 2 hour drive…)"
