Great place to give your loved one a real chance at safely transitioning home from hospital."

"The food is always cold, and a lot of the time not even what was on the menu. Some of the staff doesn't care about cleaning patients, or changing in a timely manner. I have been here 4 months, and have yet to see the doctor. This is the worst home in Crawford County, and should be shut down. I plan to file a grievance against this place, as soon as I get out. Be smart and don't send your loved one here. It's not fit for dogs.I absolutely HATE this place! They can't keep staff. The cook cannot cook. Weekends they are always short staffed. If my insurance payed for something better, I would not be in here. I will die before I ever come back here! Absolutely horrible; and"

"Worst food I’ve ever seen. Cold food and not enough to keep a bird alive. Sad meals. Wouldn’t wish this on my enemies or actually I probably would. I’m sad that my relative has to eat this. I bring her in good food all the time to eat . Btw. She weighs 105 and needs more."

"The receptionist is one of the most important people. The first person seen by anyone who walks in. Unfortunately the blonde lady you have sitting there has an absolutely dismissive and sour attitude. Zero hospitality used. A snarky “can i help you” is all you get with her, along with a Condescending attitude. Aside from that, a good establishment, unfortunately she leaves a stain on anyone who comes."
