"Following up on review of Fred Martin. This person, FRANCIS FREDIN, is currently in prison, and still has my $10,000. See Lycoming County dockets. Lesson learned too late. Contractor number was not his, and expired. Paid deposit for metal roof, talks a great game. Put off installing roof for two months - loves to project blame back at customer - then went to state prison on drug charges (not the first time). Also, not a veteran. I am sure he will come out and start a new company so be careful. Also operates as PA Drywall Repair. BTW - Internet search found him leaving a bad review for another roofing company. Called them, got a fabulous roof fast and for less."
