"the owner is extremely rude and admitted to treating us poorly because of a late payment several years ago while I was in the hospital and had surgery on my unborn son. (It simply got lost and once we realized it was late it got paid) I was okay with having to prepay since then but I called to make sure the bill was adjusted on our recent bill as we received less fuel and he asked me why I was so anxious about it, said I must need the money really bad, & asked me why I needed it so badly?? As if that’s any of his business. I’m an adult with a family & it’s Christmas time? Of course I’m paying close attention to our money. Even so, anyone would call to ask to make sure they are being charged the right amount. They have also avoided bringing us our fuel when they say they are going to (which now I realize was on purpose after he admitted to it), sat across the road once, & then left without knocking or calling us because our dogs were outside. Even after we have asked to be called to make sure the dogs are inside. (A lot more people have dogs than just us I feel like that’s typical) one mistake that was made during a really hard time for us doesn’t make it okay to treat us the way the owner has and make it so hard for us to get propane when we have called. My parents & grandparents also buy from them which is the only reason I was staying loyal. Had he simply said “we can’t service you anymore” 2/3years ago when the late payment happened I would have been fine with it but poor treatment of customers is never the answer."

"I switched my propane service to these guys because I was paying too much for propane from a company that owned the tank at my house. I called around searching for a company that would sell a 500 gallon propane tank. Most companies would not sell a tank. They want to own the tank so they are in charge of where you buy your propane. Church Towne not only was easy to work with they also offered a refurbished tank at a lower cost. They were very workable with my schedule. On the day of the install they showed up even though it was raining and got the job done as promised."

"Talked to the owner ( I believe Dan ) I asked if they rent out a cutting torch or not rudely told me no and made me sound stupid for asking. So I asked how much a set up was he said it’s $500 or so but sounds like you need to find a buddy with a torch I’m quiet for a bit not believing someone could be so rude . He then replies and says I have customers waiting and I need to go and just hangs up. $500 is chump change but I wouldn’t buy anything from these clowns and would drive two hours out of the way to get better service"

"Very helpful staff as well as a great stock of welding and grinding/cutting supplies on hand in stock. Be careful with which roads you take to get to it because some of them like Deer Creek RD are little better that dirt goat paths with not even gravel on them."
