"The worst customer service I've ever received. I ordered two phones and was told to come back in 24 hours. After 24 hours, no phones. Three days later they called me to say, they don't know if they ordered the phone to be delivered to my house or their store, so they asked me to sit at home a few days wai the UPS delivery. UPS was delovered at Noon, store called at 330 to get phones. I showed up for a third time, yet they again said come back tomorrow. Still no phones. Three visits to the store was enough."

"Waited 3 weeks for a phone, they ordered me the wrong phone under a random name. Tried to make ME, the customer, find my own order by calling customer care. Once the gaff was discovered i waited another 3 weeks, still on call confirm it ready for pickup. Manager tried talking over me to solve the issue. Terriblemanagemen!"
