My first time trying insomnia and I’m over the moon - I was confused at first ordering thru DoorDash because my address was extended from the location so I called the location to double check if the goods were on the way. Sean was beyond helpful and assured me my order was taken care of - and to make it even better he would contact me when the sweets were on the way! And he sure did! Its employees like this that make a business and the experience thrive! I haven’t seen service like this in quite some time and I can’t wait to refer all my late night sweet lovers to insomnia cookies!"

"Ordered cookies several times. The cookies are very good. My problem this time was I ordered vegan cookies for my daughters birthday for delivery and the receipt showed the cookies I ordered, but inside the cookies were not what was ordered. Called and Alex did send out another order, but the order was wrong again. I was very disappointed and called and talked to Alex again over my frustration with my order. I will not order again."

"I had my 1st visit to Insomnia cookies and I had the best experience! Shawn D. walked me through the menu and let me know 1 or 2 classic cookies weren't available, no biggie! I got some gluten free chocolate chip cookies as well Shawn basically cooked these to order for me! Store was super clean and Shawn couldn't have be nicer!"

"We ordered online and got the cookies delivered 50 min later. The cookies are decent, but kinda expensive. It’s the deluxe cookies, specifically the peanut cup one, that makes us keep getting them every once in a while. The other regular ones are still fine, but honestly not that special."
