"We have had a membership there for 2 years and it just expired and they wouldn't let my son play basketball there with his friends til I got there to renew it. The lady's at the desk were beyond rude. We pay hundreds of dollars to be there the least they could do is act respectful and kind to their customers."

"The last time I was there like 6 years ago I had a membership, they spent every weekend for 4 months telling us we couldn't play basketball because somebody rented it for whatever reason. At this point you can't even get a day pass which I called about so since there's no trust as a business that you can access it with the money you spend I don't recommend it..."
