My AC went out over the weekend, Dan came out on a Sunday, quickly found the problem, and for the part needed the local place was closed, and I had to work Monday, but Dan, made a plan (instead of "maybees"), and set the time for Monday with the part to be installed, I gave him a door key copy, and Monday I came home to 74 degrees. I am very grateful to Dan and Ice King, here in Morgantown, and I highly recommend him for his professionalism, experience, trustworthiness and timely repairs."

"Found Ice King, LLC as a suggestion from Angie's List and saw their positive reviews on there, HomeAdvisor and Google. I spoke with Dan about getting a second opinion on some warranty service that I disagreed with. My original contractor had said the issue with my system was duct work, but I knew for a fact they never even looked under my house where the ducts were located. Dan took the time to listen to my issues and concerns, scheduled me for first thing in the morning, and followed up while his tech was at the house looking for the issue. I think Mike was his name. Mike spent time looking at the issue, taking time to inspect the unit as he took it apart. He found the real issue, a lump of debris had blocked up the gas inlet of the furnace, and dug it out. I didn't even need to pay for replacement parts, because nothing was broken. I had waited over a week for the original company to fix something that Mike found in the first hour of looking. Mike was informative, professional, and courteous while in my home, and Dan was warm, friendly and professional when we spoke over the phone.
