"Words can express how disappointing this company was at my county Fair."

"They came to my city and was downright boring. Only kiddie rides, terrible food and high priced games. One woman finessed me out of 20$ bucks and I only thought she was letting my nephew try the game for free. The most thrilling ride was the Sea Ray ship, and that's saying something because that was boring too. I almost called the city council to tell them not to have these ppl come back here. I like the fair that comes in the spring."

"3 experiences tonight: 1) the ride operator never left my 4 year old off the ride and started letting new kids on, my son is use to rides and started getting scared… I said something he let him off little laugh no biggy… 2) same ride, same operator … same 4 year old was standing outside the helicopter to be let on as the door was locked. The ride operator never did a walk around and STARTED THE RIDE! My son was hit by the helicopter as me and another bystander were SCREAMING at the operator. * at this point we did report it, no incident report was filed. We were told “not making up excuses but the guys been running it all season with no issues but we talked to him and I’ve watched him physically walk around the ride* 3) while reporting it…My 8 year old went to ride another ride where the operator NEVER BUCKLED HER IN! She almost fell out. At this point we went home, however watched the 1st operator as we were leaving and do you think he did a walk around …NOPE!!!!"

"Rides are old and junky looking. Most of the ride operators do not speak English nor pay attention. I've seen several close calls at our local fair. Every year there is a post about how unsafe the ride operators are. I seen a ride operator start a ride with a 6 year old half on the ride and half off the ride. Also over heard several parents discussing concerns about safety."

"We went to your fair on June 5th in satesville NC. At least every 5th employee was smoking while taking tickets or running games. There is a gate enclosing the entire area, so it was impossible for us to participate in any way in the fair and avoid it. The worker that was doing the carousel was vaping and purposefully blowing on the smallest children on the ride as they went by. We waited in line for 2 hours for a ride knowing that our children met the height requirement (as noted at the ticket booth). We were at the fair for 3 hours and were able to ride 1 ride. We were not given the option of any refund and were refused the ability to speak with an owner, even after stating that I would be willing to wait. Finally, the music that was playing (as loudly as possible in our early for 2 hours while we stood in line) included swear words.. it was advertised as a family friendly place and I can easily say my 2 year olds have never been exposed to any of these things."
